Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Payment must be authorised before goods are prepared for delivery or collection.

We take reasonable care to display current prices, though genuine errors may need correction before acceptance.

Delivery and collection

Delivery dates are arranged with you using the contact details on your order. Access must be clear and safe for the delivery team.

Returns, faults and care

Keep packaging and follow the care instructions supplied with your goods. If something arrives faulty or differs from your order, contact A1 Comfort with the order reference and clear details.

Consumer cancellation rights can apply to eligible online purchases. Exceptions may include goods made to your specification or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
